In March 2000, I began to work with the writer and TV journalist Mirjam Müntefering, who was looking for an illustrator for her new book 'Hund ist in!', a factual book aimed at children.

This book was intended to encourage a young audience to take an interest in providing a correct education for their animal. Thanks to colour and design it was possible to bring to life the main characters, the little cocker bitch Jule and her careless mongrel companion Grobi, that accompany the reader through the book.

In October 2000 'Hund ist in!' was presented at the Frankfurt book fair and has been on sale since November 2000.
